The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching, teaching, and mentorship provided by Felicity Doyle of Alchemical Journeys, to any individual or organization (client/student), and constitutes the contract for service. The term 'session' applies to any coaching, including but not limited to: psychic coaching, spiritual coaching, manifestation coaching, & life purpose coaching.

In the spirit of good practice, when you are purchasing sessions from me, I will ask you to confirm that you have read & agree to each statement below and that you wish to proceed.

All services and communication is meant to help you strengthen and develop your intuition and your psychic abilities, to align you with your purpose (if that's part of your session), and to fulfill the desired outcome.

In return for fees payable by the client/student, Felicity agrees to provide the corresponding service, or purchased item, as described below and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The client/student agrees to pay fees for the service and/or purchased item set out below.

The date that the first paid teaching/coaching session takes place shall be deemed the start date for the service. Participation by any individual in the first paid session/class constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

In committing to sessions with me, you acknowledge the following:

• You understand that any services you will receive are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You also understand that Felicity is not acting as a mental health counselor or medical professional.
• For legal purposes, you understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that Felicity is not licensed accordingly. 
• You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being, as well as your choices and decisions.
• You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in the place of any form of therapy.
• You understand that all comments and ideas offered by Felicity are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving the defined goals you create together with Felicity.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COACHING (in-person & virtual)

Format of Sessions: Sessions can be done in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom. If done over the phone, client is responsible for calling on time, at the agreed upon time. If the client is a no-show after 10 minutes, the session is canceled and forfeit. If the session is on Zoom or in-person, the client agrees to show up on time.

Forfeiting Session: When a client is late by 10 minutes with no prior warning or request, or a complete no-show, the session is forfeit and all monies are used. In order to not forfeit a session, you must give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation, or you must let Felicity know you are running late. There are no refunds for forfeited sessions.

When a client pays for a session or sessions in advance, they must use their session within a year of purchase date, or their payment and service is forfeited.

Running Late: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled. However, the fee will be forfeited. There are of course exceptions to this, especially in an emergency. Felicity is happy to work out a resolution to uncontrollable situations. 

Length of Each Session: As agreed upon based on what the client signed up for. Usually coaching is one (1) hour, and 'Journeying Sessions' are one and a half (1 1/2) hours.

Number of Session for Which Payment is Required in Advance: All sessions must be paid for in advance. When purchasing bulk sessions, a payment plan can be created. Any payment plan can potentially be agreed upon as long as each session is paid for before commencing (unless otherwise agreed upon.)

Additional Sessions: Additional sessions may be agreed upon, after the original series of sessions has already been completed. These same terms and conditions continue to apply.

Payment Terms: The pricing for all sessions are located on the website here. Fees can be paid through PayPal or Square. All fees are to be paid in full ahead of the session, unless purchasing bulk sessions and we have agreed upon a payment plan. Any payment plan can potentially be agreed upon as long as each session is paid for before commencing (unless otherwise agreed upon.) Where payment has not been received by in advance of the session, the session is not obligated to occur. 

Any payments for sessions paid in advance are honored even if prices have risen between the point of booking and the time of the session.

Refund Policy: There is a no refund policy. Considerations can be made in certain conditions. 

Between Sessions: Homework will often be assigned between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the client to complete the homework, but not doing so will slow down the client's progress and make it harder to achieve their desired outcome. The client is encouraged to do the homework to achieve the desired outcome. 

The client can reach out to Felicity to clarify any questions, or receive guidance or support on something that happened during the week, in-between their sessions. This should be done via text. This is a complementary service extended to those who are receiving a series of sessions.

Rescheduling Sessions: If a client needs to reschedule a session, they need to provide at least 24 hours notice. If for any reason Felicity needs to reschedule a session, she will also do so with 24 hours notice minimum, unless it's an extreme emergency she cannot control.

Confidentiality: Information supplied by clients in sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be discussed with a third party without the client's prior permission, except where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.

Data Security: You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and you accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, WhatsApp, Zoom, and any other technology.

Early Termination: In exceptional circumstances, such as inappropriate behavior by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Felicity can decide to terminate the service to the client early, or refuse or be unable to provide further sessions to the client. In such a circumstance, the client will be given reasonable notice of termination where practicable, and will be refunded any advance payments made for sessions not yet provided.

Responsibilities: Felicity seeks to enable the client to improve their intuitive connection, to put them on the road towards their greater purpose (if that is part of their session agreement), and meet the desired outcome. Remarkable results can be achieved where clients follow a clear plan in a committed way, and do the homework given. However the client has sole responsibility for taking important decisions in their life or business. Felicity and Alchemical Journeys has no liability for any loss incurred by any client, following the commencement of any session, or for any perceived failure by the client to achieve material improvement in quality of esteem, life, business, or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals. Client accepts sole responsibility for their outcomes. And their outcome is dependent on the work they put into it.

Copyright: All materials in any form are property of Felicity Doyle and Alchemical Journeys. No materials may be used outside of personal purposes. No materials may be copied or sold. If you want to share anything you must get Felicity's expressed consent and you must put attribution on it.

Waiver: You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Felicity and Alchemical Journeys, including personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or Felicity as a result of the advice given by Felicity or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TEACHING (in-person, virtual, & recorded)

Format of Classes: Classes vary in length and duration, but each will be clearly marked. Most classes are virtual and either live or recorded. Occasionally classes will be held in-person.

Forfeiting a Class: If you have paid for a class but did not notify Felicity about your inability to attend with at least 24 hours notice ahead of time, your payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Class Cancellation: In the rare case that a class in canceled, you will either be issued a refund, or your payment will be held for the next upcoming class.

Payment Terms: All classes must be paid in full before class commences. Once payment has been received, the link and passcode to the class will be issued.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for the class if the class was missed with no prior notification. If student cannot attend and notifies Felicity at least 24 hours ahead of the class, the fee may be used for another upcoming class.

Copyright: The same copyright rules apply as above.

Waiver: The same waiver applies as above.
